Day Two - More Paperwork

Skylar Jiakang's first day with us was very difficult for Skylar, Faith, DH and I. Skylar did a lot of grieving, screaming, and having temper tantrums. Thankfully, he has attached himself to DH. Unfortunately, this means that DH cannot leave the room, go the the bathroom alone, or even step around the corner. Skylar is stuck to DH like glue. This doesn't mean that Skylar is happy, or that he follows instruction, it's just that he feels safest with DH.

We are trying to be consistent, patient, and we are saying a lot of prayers.
