RFE - Chapter 2 --- Not Processed

I called our USCIS officer today to check the status of our RFE and I-800. He states all documents should have been sent to Lewisville, Texas, not Lee's Summit, Missouri. He went on to say he has not seen these documents, even though we have documentation that they were received in Lee's Summit on May 5th at 10:28 am. He states that since these documents were sent to the wrong location they WILL NOT be processed, they will be returned. We have not received these documents via return mail.

This is so odd because our home study agency had a conversation with the USCIS and told me they were instructed to send them to Lee's Summit!

So, we're stalled again!!! : ( Tomorrow I will re-send the Supplement 3, RFE, and updated documents to the Lewisville, Texas drop box location via Federal Express.

Lord help us!

AAAARRRRGGGGGHHHH!!!! There are times when you would love to hate.....stay strong - we SO understand your aggravation and frustration and argh....prayers!

Skylar's Question

Skylar and I were having a conversation. You know, Mommy and son solving the world's problems. When Skylar asked; "Mommy, as I grow big will you grow little?" I tried to explain to him that as he grows bigger, and older that Mommy and Daddy will not get small, but just older. (We may get shorter, but I think that would have just confused the issue.)

Then he said the most beautiful thing. Skylar said; "Don't worry Mommy, I'll take care of you if you get too old."

What a precious, sweet soul my wonderful son has. I am such a blessed Mommy. :)
