We all had such a fabulous time on our VERY FIRST trip to Disney World. Everything was nicer than expected. The park, the hotel, the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the people (even including the other guests), and the food was all much better than I had anticipated. The lines were very short or none at all. There were a couple of days when the park opened early or stayed open late just for the Disney World hotel guests. If you didn't have a hotel card, you didn't get on the ride. These days were so much fun especially for Faith and Skylar because we just walked right on to the rides. On some rides we could just ride again, and again without getting off because there was NO ONE in line! :) Again, thanks Tammy for the heads up on this one.
We spent the entire week celebrating Faith's Fifth Forever Family Day, our 19th Wedding Anniversary, and an early celebration of Skylar's Fifth birthday! Everything went smoothly and we all had the time of our lives. I know we will all cherish the memories of these days forever.
More prayers of thanks said for the blessing of my family. Rick, Faith, and Skylar are a more precious family that I ever dreamed could be.
On our last day at Disney we took the monorail over to Epcot. We spent the day there. . .
We first visited Tinkerbelle's Fairy Garden. Here every one of Tinkerbelle's fairy friends were replicated in topiary. This was one of my favorite places.
After leaving Duffy we were walking over to the ocean area and look who we ran into. . . Chip and Dale! They were about to leave for a break, but graciously stopped to greet Faith and Skylar. :)

Okay, I know blurry, but I'm trying to get this quick while everyone is smiling.

Notice the Fairy House in the background.
Skylar loved the Fairy House.
Here is where Skylar begins to try on new faces.
After leaving the Fairy Gardens we had lunch at the Akershus with many princesses. For some reason Skylar decided he was going to try to make as many different faces as possible during the photos, and unfortunately none of them included a smile. A couple of times when the princesses came to our table Skylar asked: "why are you here?" The princesses were mostly gracious and tried to engage Skylar. Faith, as always, enjoyed every moment.

We accidentally happened upon Mickey Mouse's new friend Duffy.
Skylar loves bears and couldn't resist meeting him.

This is Chip and Dale leaving with their entourage. I found it very interesting that every character while in the park was accompanied by a park employee.
After riding some rides we went to the aquarium.
Faith just loves aquariums.
Skylar is just bored.
Practicing to be fish food.
And, BTW, having a blast!
In the sea with Nemo.
